Megan Jones started Rugby at the young age of 6 and she has gone on to compete in the Commonwealth Games and took home a bronze medal in 2018. Her next goal is gold at the summer Olympics in 2024
Conor Robins represents Wales as an International Volleyball player in Australia. Despite just missing the opportunity to compete in the 2018 Commonwealth games, this has given him the drive to go for gold!
Milly Tanner is a double national champion in Track Cycling. She represented Team GB in the commonwealth games. Tanner has also medalled in the European and World championships.
Thomas Matthews competed in the Tokyo Summer Paralympics in 2021 where he brought home the bronze. He has a Eurpean Champion and a world bronze medallist.
Molly- Mae Sharpe has represented and played for both British and American teams including Durham and Miami. She currently plays for Crystal Palace in the Women's Championship
Gwyn Parks began his career playing for Exeter Chiefs before playing for Swansea, Australia and now playing for Ampthill as fly half.
Mica Moore began her sporting career in sprinting where she competed in the Glasgow Commonwealth Games. She took her career to Bobsleigh where she trained and worked her way to the Winter Olympics of 2018.
Sadam Koumi is an Olympic Sprinter. He has competed all over the world and achieved two gold medals, one for 400m and the other for the 4 x 400m relay
Vwaire Obukohwo has medalled for world championships in 2022 & 2023 - bronze and silver. She has also wins at the Henley Women's Regatta.
Charlotte Moore began her career competing in wheelchair racing, wheelchair tennis and wheelchair basketball and began her training at just 8 years old. She has won medals in competitions all over the world and came 4th in the Rio Paralympics in 2016.
Following her excellent results in the 2022 trials, Jade Lindo, has continued with multiple national achievements and represented Great Britiain twice internationally.
Simon Richardson MBE has won multiple gold medals at the Beijing Paralympics of 2008. At this time he also set a world record. Despite life threatening injuries, Simon has continued riding and training and has started racing again.
Booth represented Great Britain at the 2022 European Championships in Munich, where she took the silver medal in both the Women's coxless pair and Women's eight events. Currently training for the 2024 Olympics in Paris.
Sohrab Alipour has been training for 17 years and has represented Team GB and medalled in both national and international competitions. Alipour has a 4th Dan black belt.
Ed Jackson has represented Wales in Field Hockey for the U21's, beginning a career in football and scouted for Cardiff City FC, this led to his career in Field Hockey.
Wesley McGuinness has been powerlifting since 2011, representing the country in both 2017 and 2022 in the IPF Commwealth Championships as well as the World and European Championships
Taylor Gough began his sporting career in Rugby Union, but after an accident still carried on his training and is now competing in Para Canoe with the next Paralympics as his goal.
Over the last 10 years Lizzie has claimed 6 individual women's British podium positions, 4 silver and 2 bronze, as well as being British indoor number 2 in 2023.
Alex Lenkowski has represented Great Britain as Captain multiple times and has played and won in two National Championships (so far).

Elliot McHugh is a Water Polo Goalie. After years of hard work McHugh was able to show off his skills on an international stage in 2023. Currently training for both the World Cup and Olympics in 2024
