Previously known as the Wellbeing hub
Where our wellbeing hub was designed to offer resources for parents, teachers and children, we have decided to expand on this and deliver sessions and workshops across the UK, inspiring and supporting those who are less advantaged than others.
As we have grown over the last couple of years we have been able to give back to the community and we wanted to showcase just that. From working with clinics, underprivileged children in the local area and further afield as well as local charities and sports clubs.
Resources will still be available and new items will be added, so watch this space.

OUr visit to the bere clinic Elysium
Bere Clinic School is an integral part of the care and treatment programme facilitated within the hospital for young people with eating disorders.
We arranged for Kylie Grimes MBE to visit the school last year and just look at the fantastic feedback below:
''Bere Clinic School had the privilege of hosting Gold medalist and GB Paralympian Kylie Grimes MBE this week and what an exceptional motivational speaker she was! Kylie spoke honestly about her journey to Olympic gold, the value of mental fitness, the small every day goals she sets to challenge herself and what every step took to get where she has today.
I highly recommend contacting ActivKids UK. A unique grass root's business that help to connect schools to GB Olympians and Paralympian's whilst also supporting fundraising. I have been in teaching for 20 years and this was one of the most humbling talks I have had the privilege of hosting.
Kylie was a natural and I honestly think she touched on almost every topic in the PSHE curriculum but in such a way that the students were simply blown away and the excitement of then completing drills with her afterwards. Inspired would be an understatement''
